My poor hamstrings didn't even wanna pull my leg up to get into leg press . I videows everything but it shut off at the end of curls aona few forced reps were missed but we went in today!!!As u can see, pumped AF!!! I purposely dropped the weight slightly on ham curls for 2 reasons. 1, cause the last sets reps were almost nothing, and 2, with this new sciatica pain, I wanted to be a little careful just in case. Oddly enough, not long after training, I felt almost zero sciatica pain in glute, back, shin. And still almost pain free today too. I got my physical therapy scheduled tho so we'll see if/how that helps. Anyways, damn good pump plus sore ass legs equals good session. Oh, skipped calves too cause I DID NOT wanna chance flaring up that shin pain which is the worst part for me.
