What do some of your lifts look like?
I don't really barbell bench anymore but using mostly dumbbells, plate loaded machines and cables.
DB flat press - 90lb each hand alternating
Squat press machine - 405lbs
Deadlift - 365lbs (getting back to these after tearing the left Achilles 15 months ago).
Seated shoulder press - 60lb each hand
