This is good stuff right here. I work a 4 day Conjugate PL program and I space out my max effort days for recovery time.

Mon - Max/Heavy Lower
Tues - Rest
Wed - Max/Heavy Upper
Thurs - Rest
Fri - Lighter/Dynamic Lower
Sat - Lighter/Dynamic Upper
Sun - Rest
