Free Weights, Machines, and Tribal Thinking

I have grown to love machines, working physical labor has always provided the "instability" needed for adaptation in that area so I can put all my effort into driving strength and muscle growth when lifting using machines and cables. Always more than 1 way to skin a cat. Good write up 01DS
