Had a pretty good session. Missed the mark big time on the "hang & swing" sets. Now I know tho.

Close grip pulldowns to lower chest

80x21 (took 2 tries to complete widow maker)
DB hang and squeeze 3x40(2 tries on each set)

Seated DB curls RP x 25-30

Rope hammer curl WM+partials
70x23 +20 partials
GD forearms cramping like a bitch tonight
