I had a couple real shitty days and couldn't drag myself to gym yesterday. So Imma day late on legs. Even tho I beat the log book Everytime today it was a shitty day. Looking back at videos, I left at least a couple reps on the table. Unacceptable!!! At least I beat the log book I guess.
