No lift today, ran 1mile in 9min this morning with 15lbs in my pack. My hamstrings were pretty wrecked after that and from all the walking lately. Here's the weeks mile/step count.

Chin Ups
DB lateral raises
DB OH Press
DB curls
Single DB OH Tricep ext

DC style stretching after final sets.

BW Kneeling Leg ext
1Arm Lat Pulldowns
Machine Pendulum Squat

DC style stretching after final sets

Ran 1.3mile with my pack on post workout so I wasn't late for work tonight

Log Press
Incline DB chest flyes
Incline bench seated DB curls

Had to run 1.3mile afterwards
