I thought I pressed 340lbs today until I watched the damn video and it was just 330!! I don't know how the hell I botched that math but I did. Heads just not all there rn I guess. I thought it moved too many times when I did it.
Didn't get my shoulder work in but I'll get it tomorrow. Was a little slow out the door. Blasted my chest and Tris tho. Titties already trying to cramp up on me and have a couple times briefly reaching across my body.

Today felt good as shit!! Switched gyms for this workout so used the heavier smith. List 1 rep but I'm calling it even at least!! Still a win tho with weight being down still but it's coming back fast af. This time next week I'll be ahead of where I left off couple weeks ago. That said, I can see everything filling back up nicely and pump was awesome too.

3/8/25 legs I was supposed one at the other gym but they closed before I got my lazy ass there so did seated hams vs lying and the leg press is different.

Well the deadlifts didn't go as planned but I saw that coming. Wasn't well rested and even 135 felt heavy but the rest was great tho. Nice pump too!

All ended up well. At the start I felt tired and legs weren't quite right but once I got a little weight on the smith everything woke up and went awesome.
