3/8/25 legs I was supposed one at the other gym but they closed before I got my lazy ass there so did seated hams vs lying and the leg press is different.

BB squat(still blows my mind I BB squat more than smith squat)

Leg press (YES,2 plates !! U try it after squatting with the same tempo )
