Just Ab Work Tonight
Got home late from work and after a crazy day, I was a little tired but still felt like doing something so...ABS IT WAS.
*Ab Roller Crunches-5 sets of 50
*Twisting Crunches--4 sets of 30
*Leg Raises off Decline Bench--4 sets of 15
*Hanging Knee Raises--3 sets of 15
*Weighted Side Bends--2 sets of 40
