*Leg Extension--4 sets of 12
*Calf Raises--3 sets of 20
*Military Press--4 sets of 10
*Upright Rows--4 sets of 15
*Front Cable Raises--3 sets of 12
*Skull Crushers--4 sets of 12
*Preacher Curls--4 sets of 12
No chest or back tonight. Hit them both this week already.
