Legs C
Had a good leg day yesterday. The leg/hip was better but not quite right yet. Gotta deload week.comjng up so maybe that'll do the trick along with the TB/bpc. Either way, legs are fried today.

Smith squat
315x6 started hurting too much
Hack squat
1pps +15lb x 30
Standing calves
2 sets
