FULL BODY BLAST-All Big Muscle Groups
*Single Leg Extensions--3 sets of 10 each leg
*Squats--4 sets of 12
*Low Incline Bench Press--3 sets of 10
*Cable Flyes--4 sets of 15
*Military Press--3 sets of 10
*Front Cable Raise W/Rope--4 sets of 12
*Pull Up's to Back of Head--3 sets of 8
*Upright Rows--4 sets of 15
*Deadlifts--3 sets of 10
*Lat Pulldowns--4 sets of 15
*Side Laterals W/25lb Plate--3 sets of 15 each arm (Works great for grip strength too)
