*Cable Flyes--4 sets of 15
*Front Cable Raise W/EZ Curl Bar--4 sets of 12 (Pause at top and Squeeze Pecs hard)
*Push Ups--4 sets of 30
*Reverse Grip Incline Bench Press--4 sets of 12
*Decline Bench Press--3 sets of 10
Now I know this isn't Chest but I was craving a Trap Burn so....
