Had a bad ass workout tonight. Had a partner so did forced reps on pretty much every set except leg press. IT WAS FUCKIN AWESOME!!!!
Seated hams
245x15 +1/5 +2/1 +2 rest pause
165x20 +3 widow maker 2 tries
Leg extensions
195x17 lots a couple reps but they were much better reps
180x16 +3
Pivot leg press
8pps +10lbs x 16 1/2 & 13
Standing calves
250x???
150x11 DC style
