Now for anyone that may not know me, I'm currently 57yrs young and been into Bodybuilding all my life. I prepare and cook most of mine and my Gorgeous Goddess Wife's meals so we know exactly what we're eating.

At this stage of my life, I'm not looking at making gains per se, although I still do break PR's quite often with the help of my YourMuscleShop gear, but I'm really just looking to "Maintain" and stay healthy and able to be mobile and active and do as many outdoor activities I can.l
