Pretty damn good session and legs were pumped AF. I think I matched reps/weight on ham curls and I know I matched reps on leg press but with 5 lbs more. Not bad for 4 weeks out. Correction, -1 rep on ham curls rest pause set.

Had a nice little pushy day. I just switched log books and as I suspected after my first working set I was wrong about weight after looking back. This is precisely why I have one. Was supposed to be 315 not 295. Got more reps obviously and I supposed it didn't make that big of a difference in reality but it bothers me. I did add 5lbs on 2nd set for same reps. Incline hammer felt awesome and so did flies. Everything felt great rally till that old rear delt pain showed back up. If it happens again no more dips.

Did legs today. Shits looking nice too. Quads blurred from workout obviously they on point. 2.5 weeks out and just gonna sit here till show week and then presumably do water load and carb load last few days. Jsd s good session tonight. Did suck having gd hemorrhoid that just would not go back in so had to get a freaking mat to sit in for my seated movements . Did make me focus on target muscles more tho which kinds worked out in my favor. This damn thing been a problem lately. I did get a massage done today tho.

The 3rd place in LHW was also last place(smallest open class in show) but everything else was good.

1st 40+ MASTERS
2nd CP novice c class (7 people)
4th CP.open c class (8 people)
And yes this show was fuckin stacked but that's good cause I really wanna know where I stand. And in that lineup even 4th im "content" don't confuse that with satisfied.
